Understanding the situation
This second call follows a simple structure: your current situation, what success would look like, how you'd measure it, and what's at stake. No pitch, the goal is to understand the situation at the right level of details to determine whether and how I can help before either of us goes further.
A proposal if there's a fit
If there's a clear fit, I'll put together a short proposal, typically with three alternatives covering scope and investment level, within a week.
